The rod is made from two sections of 30T carbon blanks and features high-quality K Guides which means your line rubs against a smooth guide thus it is protected from erosion. Salmo also suggests using a non-stretch braid with this stick rod when using the slider lure. The rod also features a Fuji reel seat, a strong attachment for your reel.
